LeadRescue

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LeadRescue processes personal information when you visit our website or use our subscription service.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Information we process

  • Account information, including name, email address, account identifiers and authentication information.
  • Business and workspace information, settings, and leads or messages customers enter or upload, including names, email addresses, phone numbers and business opportunity details.
  • Usage and technical data, including website activity, IP address, browser/user-agent information and cookies such as Meta _fbp and _fbc when permitted.
  • Subscription and payment status, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and billing-period information. Stripe handles payment card details; LeadRescue does not directly store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts and workspaces, organize leads, generate requested AI follow-up drafts, support customers, manage subscriptions, investigate abuse and improve the service. Where permitted, website activity and conversion events support advertising measurement and optimization.

Customers determine which lead data to upload and are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing required notices. We process that workspace data to deliver the service. Uploaded lead lists and message contents are not sent to Meta by the advertising integration.

Service providers and sharing

We use Stripe for payments and recurring subscriptions, Lovable and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication and application data, and AI services for requested follow-up generation. Providers process information needed to deliver those services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect security and legal rights.

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Applicable data-protection requirements and any required safeguards continue to apply.

Meta advertising technologies

Meta Pixel may collect website visit and activity data through browser PageView and InitiateCheckout events. Meta Conversions API may receive server-side CompleteRegistration and InitiateCheckout events. Purchase and Subscribe are sent for the first successful subscription payment and confirmed active or trialing subscription only when recorded event-time permission and the latest advertising choice both allow sending. Missing consent records or unavailable verification block reporting; billing continues normally. Renewals are not initial purchases.

When advertising is allowed, IP address, browser/user-agent information and Meta _fbp/_fbc cookies may be transmitted when available. Only after explicit advertising acceptance may account email and external account identifiers be included, SHA-256 hashed before transmission. Hashing is not anonymization. Meta may use permitted information for measurement and advertising optimization under its own policies; see Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies, consent and opt-out

Essential storage supports sign-in, security and saved privacy choices. Advertising storage and Meta transmissions are blocked until consent in regions where consent is required, and when location cannot be determined. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement may run without a banner, while honoring explicit refusal, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Matching identifiers still require explicit acceptance everywhere.

Rejection is as easy as acceptance. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings, available on every page. Opening settings does not change your choice. Withdrawal stops future advertising transmissions and does not replay previously blocked activity or undo data already received by Meta.

We keep a visitor identifier, region, decision time, notice version and the notice shown in private server storage, preserving earlier acceptance when you withdraw. A secure first-party visitor cookie links your choices to the permission recorded at checkout. Delayed payment reporting checks both permission when the payment occurred and the latest saved choice before every send or retry. Browser storage also retains your current choice and history. Choices apply to that browser: clearing cookies or using another device breaks that link. If a withdrawal cannot reach the server, browser reporting stops immediately, but delayed reporting cannot honor it until synchronization succeeds; retry Cookie settings when connectivity returns.

Advertising notice version 2026-10-23-v2: Allow LeadRescue to share website activity and conversion events, including your first successful subscription payment and confirmed subscription, with Meta for advertising measurement and optimization? This may include IP address, browser information, Meta cookies (_fbp and _fbc), and SHA-256-hashed account email and identifier. Your choices and notice are recorded securely so later payment events honor withdrawals. You can reject or withdraw through Cookie settings.

Retention and security

Account and workspace data are retained as needed to provide the service, address account requests, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Billing records may need to be retained after cancellation under applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically delete customer data. Privacy-choice cookies last up to one year; local choice history remains until browser storage is cleared. Private server consent evidence is retained to demonstrate the choices that governed reporting and handle withdrawals; clearing browser storage does not delete that evidence.

We use access controls, authenticated workspace access and other technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; protect your credentials and review who can access your workspace.

Your rights and data requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may verify identity before acting. For leads held in a customer’s workspace, contact that business first; LeadRescue can assist the account holder where appropriate.

Send privacy requests to support@leadrescueplus.com or see Contact / Support. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary lead records in a request.
