Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadRescue, a subscription software service for managing leads and preparing customer follow-ups.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service only where you are legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your workspace users and the data they upload, including permissions, accuracy, required notices and lawful use of customer contact information.

Do not use LeadRescue for fraud, illegal activity, unsolicited or unlawful messaging, harassment, infringement, security attacks, bypassing access or plan limits, or abuse of the service or its providers. Do not upload data you are not entitled to process.

Plans, fees and recurring billing

LeadRescue offers Starter at $19/month and Pro at $39/month, priced in USD. Applicable taxes may be added. Features and usage limits differ by plan: Starter includes up to 250 leads and 50 generated follow-ups per billing month; Pro includes up to 2,000 leads and 300 generated follow-ups per billing month. The selected plan and checkout show the applicable subscription.

Stripe processes recurring subscription billing. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Customers can manage payment methods, plan changes and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from account billing settings. Any plan-change charges or credits are shown by Stripe before confirmation.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, preventing future renewal while access continues for the period already paid. Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace data. Refund requests are considered according to applicable law and circumstances; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.

Follow-ups and outcomes

LeadRescue provides prioritization tools, not a guarantee that any lead becomes a sale or that any particular revenue result will occur. AI-generated follow-up messages can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review and edit every draft before using it and comply with applicable marketing and communications laws. You are responsible for messages you choose to send.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain rights in the content you upload and grant the permissions needed to host and process it to provide the service. LeadRescue and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and service materials. Your subscription permits use of the service; it does not transfer ownership or authorize copying, resale or misuse of the software.

Availability and limitations

We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, technical failures and third-party outages may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular business outcome. We do not exclude liability or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, unlawful activity, security risks or material breaches of these terms. We may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where appropriate, but immediate action may be necessary to protect users or the service. Unpaid or canceled subscriptions may lose paid access; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Changes, privacy and contact

Features and terms may change over time. Material subscription or pricing changes will be communicated as required and do not retroactively change an already-paid period. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@leadrescueplus.com or through our Contact / Support page. A legal business identity has not yet been supplied; these terms do not specify an invented governing jurisdiction or court.
